“Big powder ahead! Heavy snow underway PNW/NORCAL/BC/ID and hits Tetons/MT/Wasatch late 1/31-2/3 with moderate intensity atmospheric river contribution. My forecast totals for the Wastach continue to increase. I’m also expecting spillover accumulation into the Northern Mountains of Colorado. Then, second storm system hits 2/4-2/7 with additional heavy snow accumulation and includes the remainder of Colorado.

Big Sky: Late 1/31-2/1(L), PM 2/2-2/5(H)
Wasatch: Late 1/31-2/2(H), 2/5(H)
Tetons: Late 1/31-2/2(H), 2/3-2/4(L), 2/5(H)
Colorado: 2/1-2/2(L), 2/5-2/7(H)
Interior BC: 1/31-2/1(H), 2/2-2/3(L)
Tahoe: PM 1/31-AM 2/2(H), 2/4(H), 2/6(H)
Northeast: PM 1/31(L/M), PM 2/2-2/3(L), 2/6(M)”
