Scott invented the aluminum ski pole in Idaho, USA in 1958. In 1989, Scott revolutionized the bike industry with the invention of the clip-on aerodynamic hadlebar that helped American Greg LeMond win the 1989 Tour de France.
In 1998, Scott started making skis and their current freeride ski line is playful and powerful. I’ve never had so much in deep powder as I had on Scott’s Scrapper powder ski in Japan this past winter.
