Sundance Resort, Utah, will be opening for the 2023/2024 season this Saturday, December 2. All three Magic Carpets, Jake’s Lift, and Outlaw Express to mid-station are scheduled to be spinning. The resort will also be setting up a small and temporary terrain park on lower Stampede for those looking to hit the park on opening day.
Sundance is planning to have the following runs open:
- Upper Stampede
- Center Isle
- Lower Stampede
- Bandit
- Outlaw Trail
- Red Canyon
- Lower Maverick
On Saturday, the resort will be selling what they call the “S-Card,” which is a discounted daily lift ticket that costs $109 for adults and $69 for kids 12 and under. After that, customers can ski for $69 on consecutive visits and $99 on weekends and holidays when using the S-Card. The S-Card can be picked up at their main ticket office or at a ticket kiosk if it is ordered online in advance.
This Saturday will be the first day of paid parking. Parking is free in the Upper Lots if you have four or more passengers, if not Lots C, D, and E (Upper Lots) cost $10 per day. Lot A + B (Lower Lots) cost $45 per day.
