NOAA forecast the very end of the big storm that hit California this weekend to bring big snow.  

California saw its first Winter Storm Warning yesterday as NOAA forecast 6-18″ of snow above 7,500′.

NOAA was pretty right on with snowfall ranging from 2 to 18″ all over California ski resorts from Mammoth to Squaw.

  • Mammoth is scheduled to open on November 10th.
  • Squaw is scheduled to open on November 11th.
  • Mt. Rose was scheduled to open today, but since canceled those plans.
