What’s the most important aspect of a ski resort for snowboarders to consider? The first thing to consider would probably be ‘am I allowed to snowboard here?’, as three resorts in the US still don’t welcome snowboarders.

Is it the terrain parks? The amount of flat terrain? Or is it as simple as the amount of snow a resort gets?

  1. MP-Brighton is for sure a snowboarders mountain, which I’ve always found funny because it is so insanely flat, snowboarders have to scooch everywhere. Brighton is a few miles away? Maybe as the crow flies, but to drive there in the winter from PC is definitely taking 1-2 hrs depending on conditions.

  2. Literally no pros ride Park City anymore and their terrain park is ski city. Everything is more oriented towards skiers. Meanwhile Brighton is a few miles away which you know, has the reputation for being SNOWBOARD CAPITOL OF THE WORLD.
