Skier Dies After Hitting A Tree At Loveland Ski Resort On Friday

According to the Denver Post, a skier died on Friday at Loveland Ski Resort in Colorado after hitting a tree. The victim was a 35-year-old male skier that was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision. Officials are currently conducting an investigation into exactly how the death occurred.

It was reported that the man collided with the tree near the base of Lift 8. Ski Patrol were immediately notified on the horrible accident by a witness and they were on scene within 10 minutes. They found the man unresponsive and he was pronounced dead. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends.
