The Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team has been hard at work training at Copper Mountain, Colorado, ahead of their upcoming World Cup season. Copper is the Official Training Center for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard team and ski racing athletes have been utilizing the resort’s U.S. Ski Team Speed Center for training alongside national team competitors from Norway, France, Sweden, and Germany.
The photos were taken during downhill training on November 18 and 19, 2023, at Copper Mountain. Copper has been open for race training since October 29, hosting local and national club teams for early season sessions. Copper officially opened to the public for the 2023/24 season last Monday, November 13, 2023.
