A Canadian cold front is forecasted to move into Montana today and persist into the weekend. This will mix with a spirt of precipitation and result in snowfall for the Montana mountains and foothills. The majority of the of the precipitation is expected to fall on Thursday.

2-5″ of Snow Above 5,000ft Thursday – Friday Morning.

Snow levels are forecasted to hover between 4,000ft and 5,000ft, but the heaviest snow accumulations will be at elevations greater than 5,000ft.
