Celebrate with family and friends in The Village at Northstar on New Year’s Eve!
Ice skating and s’mores roasting to live music from The Village stage are just a couple of the fun options guests will have at the Fire & Ice Celebration before watching an amazing fireworks show beginning at 9 p.m.
Don’t miss Northstar fireworks, it’s amazing experience! And if you come to parking lot near Highlands gondola, you’ll get “front row” seats!

Once you’ve recovered from all the holiday festivities, ring in the New Year Vail style December 31st:
There will be Torchlight Parade at 6:15pm.
Come to Golden Peak to watch the annual Torchlight Parade and fireworks at Golden Peak. Watch as ski instructors and Vail locals form a glowing train as they ski down Golden Peak with glowing sticks followed by a fireworks display.

The Dom Perignon Party – The Little Nell
10pm-1:30am – Ring in 2017 at Aspen’s “it party” of the holiday season. The exclusive celebration takes place throughout Chair 9, the living room, element 47’s bar and outdoor lounge, as well as the Grand Salon. Enjoy bottomless Dom Perignon, Belvedere cocktails and an open bar, along with food stations replenished throughout the night. Electric Violinist Kat V and DJ Lexey will get the crowd on their feet in The Belvedere Lounge, DJ Cyn will be spinning in The Dom Perignon Lounge with a live act and Josefina Mendez Jazz Trio will perform in The Hennessy Lounge.

Copper Mountain
New Year’s Eve Celebration, December 31
Say goodbye to 2016 and hello to 2017 with a full evening of festivities with a Kid’s Glowstick Pageant followed by a Torchlight Parade down the mountain, a Rail Jam under the lights and – of course – a mountain-side fireworks display.
Copper will be offering an exclusive on-hill dinner with our Moonlight Dine & Ski. Guests will take the American Eagle chairlift up to Solitude Station and enjoy a fine dining experience. Post-dinner, they will board or ski down the mountain by moonlight and gather for a celebratory cocktail and fireworks in Center Village.

Crested Butte
New Year’s eve Torchlight Parade, Kids Glow Worm Parade and Fireworks
Join celebration for live music, drink specials, fireworks and a torchlight parade put on by Crested Butte’s finest ski and snowboard instructors. Watch as they wind their way down the mountain carrying orange flames to light up their path. During the torchlight parade, there will be a fireworks show, best seen from the base area of the mountain on the Butte 66 deck.

New Year’s Eve Torchlight Parade, Fireworks & Bonfire
December 31, 2016, 5:15pm to 7:00pm
- $10 entry fee for all skiers. Tickets available at both the Wildcat and Albion ticket offices and at Skier Services between December 27th and December 31st. On December 31st tickets will also be available prior to the parade at the Wildcat Ticket Office until 5 PM
- Children need to be accompanied by an adult and will need to have their own headlights or flashlights. Torches will be available for adults as supplies last. If you don’t provide your own light, please know that whatever kind of torches we provide for you may burn holes in your equipment/clothing. Creative light options are welcome!
- All skiers need to be able to ski blue, more difficult terrain with confidence in low light conditions. The parade moves at a slow pace, so speed control is very important.

Cabin Family Dinner: Grand Summit Hotel, 5pm – 7pm
Bring the family to our Annual New Year’s Eve Dinner at the Cabin in Grand Summit Hotel. Menu items include a diverse selection of main courses that range from Utah Trout to Crispy Pork Chops.
Masquerade Ball: Kokopelli Ballroom at the Grand Summit Hotel, 7:30pm – 1:00 pm
After an amazing firework display, join us for dinner and dancing at the Masquerade Ball in the Kokopelli Ballroom at the Grand Summit Hotel. Dinner will be served from 7:30 – 9:30pm and the live entertainment will bring us into the new year. Masquerade Ball is $169 per person.

Grand Targhee
The Grand Targhee parade and fireworks display runs on December 31st from 4 – 8 p.m. The events kick-off with a kids torchlight parade, then the main event with fireworks! After the parade, enjoy live music and a champagne toast at the Trap Bar & Grill or sit down to a prix fixe dinner from award-winning chef Mike Richey at the Branding Iron Grill.
Jackson Hole
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s Torchlight Parade begins on December 31st at 6 p.m. and will be followed by fireworks. Prior to the Torchlight Parade, children can participate in the Glow Worm Parade! Perfect for kids up to 14 years old, the glow worm parade meets at 4:45 p.m. by the Kids Ranch and substitutes glow sticks for torch lights.

On New Years Eve, head to the main street for some impromptu fireworks, champagne bottle popping and of course a snowball fight! All the bars and clubs will have some party on but will probably be ticket only so I wouldn’t leave it to chance on the night, make sure you’ve got your bubbly in hand when the bells come in. The restaurants will be offering special New Year’s Eve menus and again, book in advance so you’ve got your table sorted and can relax.
