A storm caught these drivers by surprise in Canada. Awful driving conditions resulted in loads of cars and trucks sliding off the road…

Snowstorm or ice storm? A regular snowstorm in a location that sees plenty of snow does not result in dozens of cars sliding off the road, apparently, for the most part, on their own, within such a short distance. Would be interesting to know what made this storm different.
