March Weather Overview: Warm Storm Inbound for Much of the West

This video provided by meteorologist Chris Tomer provides an excellent weather outlook for the first week of March 2020, comparing this year’s current weather to last year’s at around the same time. Last year, much of the West was hit with a cold, hard-hitting atmospheric river during the first week of March. This year, a warm, high-pressure system will commence the month.
