At the base of Heavenly Ski Resort, South Lake Tahoe in California lays the Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel. This resort that opened in 1991 was recently sold and will be under new management.
The resort was bought last month by Sodalite Tahoe Hotel LLC, according to The Mercury News. It was sold for $86.61 million. Although Sodalite Tahoe Hotel LLC bought the property, it will be under the management of Davidson Resorts.
Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel consists of 399-suites. The resort is also close to hiking, golf, biking, and entertainment.
