Kicking Horse, BC Conditions Report: 4,000-Vertical-Foot Powder Runs

Miles Clark

video of my first run of the day at Kicking Horse.ย  All that is cut out is a traverse or two.

Yesterday morning, Kicking Horse ski resort in British Columbia, Canada reported about 20cms of new snow overnight.

The new snow was dry and smokey.ย  You could feel the bottom underneath the new snow, but the bottom was soft.

I got in line at the gondola a bit before 9am and got to ski a nearly 4,000-vertical-foot run of inbounds powder.

This place is straight magic.
