Today I skied at Deer Valley, UT for the 2nd time ever.
It’s impressive how nice and polite everyone who works there is.
They have quite a lot open with 13 lifts and 33 trails currently open.
Lifts Currently Open at Deer Valley:

Deer Valley is known for its groomers and they were great but I was surprised to see tons of off-piste terrain open.
Moguls, chopped-up powder, and a bit of tree skiing.
One whole section of the mountain was completely ungroomed and off-piste only (Flagstaff Mountain – Red Cloud and Silver Lake chairs).
I just got my PRP injection in my bad knee yesterday so I was taking it easy today as that’s what my doctor ordered.
The truth is that I wasn’t supposed to ski at all but I felt like sticking to the groomers was taking it easy enough 😉
The groomers were splendid and there was almost no one out.
I spent most of my day on the Wasatch chair with a few laps on the Carpenter Express.

Deer Valley skis like a dream.
