Candid Thovex Nearly Hit By Charging Cow on Oct. 11th

We can just see the headlines now:  “Famous pro skier Candide Thovex’s career ended by Cow.”

If that cow would have hit him, he’d have known about about it.  This cow like weighs about 1000 pounds.  If 1000 pounds hit you with force while you were skiing into it and you only weigh 150 pounds (like Candide) you’d be demolished.

Luckily, Candide is a ninja and easily avoided the cow but it was close.  The cow only missed him by a foot or so.

This video also shows what conditions were like at Candide’s home mountain in La Clusaz, France on October 11th.  Pretty thin, but some snow up there.
