Mike Bartholow

Although he can often be found with his legs hanging off a chairlift, the sides of a snowmobile, or even out the door of a helicopter, Mike prefers to travel in the winter on skis. Mike has been a board member of the American Avalanche Association, a winter backcountry ranger for the US Forest Service. a helicopter avalanche technician, snow surveyor, and a professional ski patroller in Alaska, Colorado, and California.
