Dylan Cautela

Born and raised in the state of Maine, sculpted from ice and built to rip! When I'm not at work playing in the dirt or braaaappping the old chainsaw I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and the general great outdoors. There is ample beauty to be explored in my great home state (and all around the east) but most days I find myself yearning for the adventure of the wild wild west and foreign countries unknown, which happen to be my winter playgrounds.

Fatal Skier Triggered Avalanche in Austria Yesterday

Yesterday around noon a group of three men skiing in Lech-Zurs, Austria triggered an avalanche, which caused the burial of a single skier from their party. The group consisted of one guide and two Dutchman who were skiing off-piste on the Trittkopf Gamsmulde (2720 meters).
