4 skiers died in an avalanche in the Wilson Peak area near Salt Lake City, UT today.
Some skiers (4) in the group survived and are currently being rescued.
Avalanche danger was HIGH/CONSIDERABLE in upper elevations today and the Utah Avalanche Center issued an Avalanche Warning for today in Utah.
All the skiers involved are reported to be aged between 23 to 38 years old.
14 people have died in avalanches in the USA in the past 8-days.
