California just experienced a big, wet, nasty, atmospheric river.  It came in as all rain and left as all snow.  The rain wasn’t ideal, but ski resorts in California more than made up for it by harvesting multiple feet of snow once that rain changed over.

Reports off deep snow, all-time conditions, and no crowds this weekend abound.
